Jim joined PAMFES in 1993, one year after completing his Bachelors in Food Science at Penn State. He has been a part of the Dairy industry since 1992, where he started as a Lab Director at Potomac Farms Cumberland for 2 years. Following that, he has worked as a Industry Approved Inspector in both Pennsylvania and Maryland for 24 years at Galiker’s Dairy. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, the PSU Alumni Association, and the National Corn Growers Association.
Wyleisha has been a part of PAMFES 1 year. She is in the Plant/Lab division and has been in the QA department of Kreider Farms for 3 years and the supervisor of the Milk Division. She is also a member of the DPC.
Aaron has been a part of PAMFES since 2015 and has been on the planning committee since 2016. He has been with Land O Lakes for 5 years as a Member Relations Technical Service Specialist.
Keith joined PAMFES and has been an active member since 2000, serving one year as President and the past two as Treasurer. He has been employed by the Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board as an auditor/examiner since 1998. Keith is also an active participant in Dairy Practices Council (DPC) and currently serves the organization as vice president.

Peggy has been in PAMFES for 16 years. She is in the Plant/Lab industry where she has been the Food Industry QA operations for 32 years total, 16 of which were in the Dairy Industry/lab and the other 16 in other Food Industry QA/Lab/Operations (Frozen Soups & Pies). She is also a part of the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and Dairy Practices Council (DPC).
Kerry E. Kaylegian
Kerry has been in PAMFES for 7 years. She is an Assistant Research Professor and has been with Penn State since 2007. Kerry provides technical support to the dairy industry and delivers outreach programs focused on improving the safety and quality of dairy products. Her research is focused on creating resources for small-scale cheesemakers to improve the safety and quality of their cheese and meet food safety regulations. Kerry is on the Board of Directors for the American Cheese Society (ACS), is a faculty advisor to the Pennsylvania Cheese Guild, is Chair of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Cheese Competition, and coaches the Pennsylvania Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Team. She is a member of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP), and the American Dairy Science Association (ADSA).
