About the Conference

Each year, the PAMFES Board plans a 2-day conference that meets in late spring, following the NCIMS conference. The conference is designed to update industry staff with regulations and new industry trends.

2019 Conference Overview

The Pennsylvania Association of Milk, Food and Environmental Sanitarians (PAMFES) met on May 15–16, 2019 at the Nittany Lion Inn in State College, Pennsylvania for the 80th anniversary of its conference. The theme this year revolved around the changes in the dairy industry and how different tools such as social media and various outlets affect it. Speakers ranged from dairy farmers to representatives from the CDC and the FDA.
